'Ledbury is a lively market town, close to the Malvern Hills AONB. It is well-known for its black and white architecture, its wealth of independent shops and its pubs, restaurants and cafes serving delicious local produce. There are long and deep associations with local poets and poetry in Ledbury including Elizabeth Barrett Browning, John Masefield, The Dymock Poets: Lascelles Abercrombie, Rupert Brooke, John Drinkwater, Robert Frost, Wilfrid Gibbon and Edward Thomas.' Festival normally held Early July.
