'Officially known as the Rhondda Rose Society, we are the biggest of our kind in Wales. In an attempt to widen our audience and attract new members, we took the decision to rebrand the society online as the Rose Society of Wales. At our rose festival, social events and meetings we will continue to be known as the Rhondda Rose Society.'
